Try this recipe for summer cool blueberries banana smoothie with wheat germ.
Ingredients
- 1 container low-fat yoghurt
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup FoodThink Toasted Wheat Germ
Method
Place all ingredients in mixture jar. Blend them properly until smoothen. It will take around one minute.
Now pour into glasses and sprinkle wheat germ. Keep in refrigerator for a while.
Garnish with some berries pieces and serve chilled.
Cook’s Tips:
For a thicker shake, use a frozen banana. Place peeled and sliced banana in container, cover tightly, and store in freezer until ready to use.
