Breakfast smoothie


  • 1/2 Small pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tablespoons FOODThink wheat bran
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Milk (200 ml)
  • Whipping cream (200 ml)



1) Peel the pineapple and cut the flesh into small pieces. Take apples also peel and chop them in small pieces. Peel banana and cut it into slices.

2) Put all these ingredients in a blender. Now add wheat bran and honey, blend the mixture properly.

3) Open the blender add milk, cream, and some ice cube. Again blend and serve chilled.
